Hi my name is Jamie Taylor. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.

In 1994 I became a realtor, because I enjoy helping people find the right home for
them. My first year I worked with ERA America Realty and received the rookie of the
year award. When the Broker-Owner Brad Geddis decided to move to Florida I
changed offices and went to work with the friendly people at Poe Realtors.

I like the feel of a smaller office where everyone works together. I like my clients to feel
more like friends and family not just income to me. This is not my only source of
income, I feel that allows me to help take the time necessary to find my buyers the
house they want and what works best for them. I don’t think realtors should push a
house just for a sale, if the house is not what you want then, move on to the next one.
It may take a little more time, but you end up with a much happier client. Hopefully
they will remember the time you took when they are looking for the next house or if
they have a friend that is looking.

I also do not believe in pushing you to buy a house at the max price you qualify to
buy, this is a very big step and you want to make sure you are happy with the monthly
payment. You don’t want to live for your house, make sure you have a little room for
the unexpected. It is your choice if the max is fine, just be sure, the bank is not going
to help you make your payment. If you have any questions or if I can be of any help to
